Spent a great week with Jalaire in Long Beach.  It was a super fun time.  We went to the Queen Mary and the aquarium and then out to eat.   We also spent a day at the Getty I love to go and see art displayed in such beautiful places.  Jalaire knows the best and loves to go also.  We spent on day at the Huntington gardens.  Thanks for such a great week,  The time was the best and it was super to spend some time with such a fantastic daughter.

Great Basin

     Had a road trip to Great Basin National Park.  Left 9:30.  It is a three and a halve hour drive to Nevada.  Janice and Farrin  and Mom and I drove down to Delta and then west to the Park.  We stopped at the Boarder for Lunch and then went to Lehman caves.

From a trip to Great Basin National park and Lehman Cave.  May 9 2014.  Julene, Janice, Farrin and Kent rode out to Nevada to the Cave.  Had a great time and spent some time together.  We ate lunch at the Border Moter and Cafe and then rode to the Park and Cave.  We drove up to Wheeler peak scenic drive.  This is the picts from the trip.   One of the cave and the two of Wheeler Peak.

Albuquerque NM Temple
Had a super trip to Texas.  Put over 2800 miles on the car and had a great trip..  So much country to see and so many new places.   Weather was great and the roads were clear.  Jan. is a good time to head South for the winter.  Took two and halve days to go down and the same to come home.  Stayed in some good Hotels and the food was super going and coming.   Thanks to Nat and Kilee for the time we spent there with the kids.  

Bountiful  on memorial day  2013 

On Sept 23 Julene went in for surgery on her leg.  The Doctor took her in at 4:00 PM and she was out at 5:00 PM.  Every thing went well. She will take about 3 weeks to get back to normal..  Mom was ready to go back to the Temple on Fri. the 27th. She only had to work for a couple of hours.  Thanks to the family we had meals brought in each night. Each of the kids took a night and had supper for us.  It is great to see each of them and we are so happy with our Children and their spouses....
We have the best Children and grand kids in the world.. Love them all.

My hibiscus flowers are now in bloom this one is about 7 inches in size. They are beautiful.
